I consider the base elements of what I like to call ‘primal landscape’ to be the subject of my research. It is this underlying scenery that draws me, stripped of all its glamour and splendor.
Searching once again for what this ‘all’ is and where it comes from. Here and now reduced to a handful of colors and sketchy structures.
Composite elements create an alienating image, whereby naturalism and a certain abstraction can exist hand in hand.
